The Notification Settings feature in OTO allows users to manage and customize alerts for various modules, ensuring they stay informed about critical updates and events. Users can enable or disable notifications for specific areas, such as Order Management, Return Management, and Warehouse Management. This provides flexibility to tailor notifications based on their operational needs.

How to Use the Feature

To Configure Notification Settings:

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your OTO Dashboard.

  2. Select Notification under Profile Settings.

  3. Review the list of notification categories:

    • Order Management System

    • Return Management System

    • Last Mile Delivery Management System

    • Basic Warehouse Management System

    • General

    • SMS Module Notifications

  4. Toggle the switch beside each notification type to enable or disable it.

  5. Once all changes are made, click Save to apply the settings.

Notification Categories:

  • Order Management System:

    • New Orders: Notifications for newly received orders.

    • Delivered Orders: Alerts for orders successfully delivered by shipping companies.
