Q1: How do I add bank information for COD Transfers?
A1: Go to Settings in your dashboard.
- Click on the Company tab.
- Enter your bank account details and billing address.
Q2: Can I access invoices for all my transactions and subscriptions?
A2: You can view your transaction details by navigating to Settings > Transaction > Select whether you want to see credit transactions or subscription transacations and then you can filter out the invoice by selecting the date.
Q3: How can I charge my account wallet?
A3: Charging your account in OTO is a mandatory step to start shipping, you can kindly follow the below steps to charge your account:
1. Go to the Wallet on the upper left side of your platform’s homepage.
2. Enter the required amount and check the amount with the tax.
3. You will have the option to fund your wallet using your COD wallet.
4. Apply any promo code you have, then click next to proceed with payment.
5. Please select your payment option (credit card,bank transfer or apple pay), provide the necessary information, and click Proceed.
Q4: Why is my wallet balance negative?
A4: Common reasons for additional charges include:
- Extra weight
- Card on Cash on delivery
- Remote Areas
- To check the details, go to Settings, then Transaction Report under the Transactions category.
Q5: How can I activate the Referral Program?
A5: To get your referral link:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Under the Payments category, go to Referral.
3. Copy your invitation link or add your friend's email.
Q6: When should I expect my credit wallet to reflect using the Bank Transfer option?
A6: It typically takes 24 working hours to approve the payment.
Q7: How do I withdraw money from my COD Wallet?
A7: Kindly follow the below steps:
- Click on the Withdraw button.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
- Ensure your bank information is accurate and up-to-date for a smooth transaction.
Q8: What are the fees associated when withdrawing COD amounts?
A8: The transfer fee from your COD Wallet typically ranges from 1 SAR to 7 SAR per transaction, depending on the bank and amount transferred.
Q9: Can I charge my wallet in OTO using the COD amount I have?
A9: Yes. Click on Charge Account, toggle the COD wallet, and fill in the amount that you want to charge your account with and complete the rest of the usual process to have the amount reflected on your wallet.
