This guide walks you through the steps to retrieve the refresh token directly from the OTO dashboard.
Instructions
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
- Log in to the OTO dashboard using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Sales Channel section, where API configurations are managed.
Step 2: Locate the OTO API Section
- Inside the Sales Channel section, look for the OTO API settings.
- This section contains the necessary details for API integration.
Step 3: Retrieve the Refresh Token
- In the OTO API section, find the Refresh Token field.
- Copy the refresh token securely.
- This token is required for requesting new access tokens via the OTO API.
- The access token generated is valid for 30 minutes and then needs to be regenerated.
Make sure to store it securely, as it is a sensitive piece of information.
