OTO chooses the delivery company as per the settings made by you.
First, it considers the feasibility of the shipping. Shipping can be feasible only if some requirements are met:
Your preferred delivery company must be activated.
Your preferred delivery company must cover the city to which you want to ship your order. You need to check the city coverage of the delivery company in case of any problems.
If these requirements are met you need to check your "Feasibility Rules".
"Feasibility Rules" are binding rules that may limit OTO to assign orders for specific companies. These rules force OTO to choose specific companies in specific cases.
If the delivery company you want passes all these steps then you need to check the "Priority Rules". You may create a priority rule so that OTO prioritizes a specific company to others in certain cases.
*** You can edit your Feasibility and Priority Rules through OTO by navigating to the "shipping OTOmation" page on your dashboard sidebar.
** Please note that this feature is only available for Scale Plan users!
