  • A2: Actual weight: The physical weight of the package.Volumetric weight: Considers the package's dimensions to determine its density.

  • A3: Common reasons for payment failures include:

    1-Insufficient account balance or card limit.
    2-Expired payment methods.
    3-Network errors.

  • A5: Yes, you can ship multiple packages as a consolidated shipment.

    • Each package must have its own label.

    • Packages must comply with size and weight requirements.

  • Q6: Does OTO provide cold shipping services?

  • A6: Yes, cold shipping is available with the following companies:

    • Deluxe Company: For shipments to and from Riyadh only.

    • Transcorp Company: Requires uploading a valid freelance work certificate or commercial registration on the platform. Note for Transcorp Company: Pickup locations must be from Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam. Delivery is subject to coverage areas.

  • Q7: What payment methods does OTO accept to charge my account?

  • A7: OTO supports the following payment methods:

    • Credit or debit cards.

    • Bank transfers.

    • Apple Pay.

  • Q8: Why am I being charged additional fees after creating the shipment?

  • A8: Additional charges may apply for:

    • Weight discrepancies (e.g., actual weight exceeding declared weight).

    • Address changes made by the customer.

    • Special handling or customs duties.

  • Q9: What is OTO’s Referral Program?

  • A10: Common reasons for shipment returns include:

    • Incorrect or incomplete recipient address.

    • The recipient refused to accept the package.

    • Customs clearance issues for international shipments.

  • Q11: How are delivery prices determined or calculated in OTO?

  • A11: Delivery prices vary based on factors such as:

    • Origin and destination.

    • Shipment weight.

    • Delivery company chosen.

    • Tip: Use the price calculator to check the delivery prices before creating your shipments.

  • A13: You can simply click on this link, fill in your shipment ID and see the latest status of your shipment or from the homepage in OTO dashboard, click on shipments, search for your shipment and click on the status to see the latest status. 

    • Tip: you can click on the shipment ID to track the shipment from the tracking URL for the shipping company you've chosen.

  • Q14: What are the average shipping rates with OTO?

  • A14: Saudi Arabia: Rates start from 14 SAR to 27 SAR with 25+ shipping companies.

            UAE: Rates start from 15 AED with 10+ shipping companies.
