How to evaluate your own drivers (OTO Flex)

Having your own fleet of drivers can bring added control and flexibility to your delivery operations. However, in order to keep your fleet effective and efficient, you need to monitor it closely. The benefits of operating your own fleet must regularly be weighed against the constantly changing priorities of your business.

OTO allows you to monitor your fleet easily. You can create different reports or analyze ones automatically created by OTO.

Analysis Tab
Navigate to "Analysis" tab, click the "OTO Flex" tab on the top menu to reach a detailed analysis of your fleet. You can filter by date to get the report for a specific time interval.

Driver Performance:

Reports tab: Within the Navbar, you can find the reports icon. If you click it; a dropdown list of all the available reports will appear: You can reach the Driver summary report and Driver Details Report.

Select the time interval and click the generate button to get the summary of all drivers in the defined interval.

Driver's Orders Detailed Report

You can create a detailed report for a specific driver. All you need to do is select the driver and the time interval and click generate button.
