1- Nothing happens on your browser.
This issue probably caused by your browser settings. When you print your AWB, OTO opens that in a new tab. For the first time, your browser may block the popup window for OTO. You need to allow access to popups for OTO. To see more on how to allow pop ups you can click here.
2- The file received from the shipping company is corrupted.
In the rare case that you may face this issue, you can simply reach us over the live chat, let us know you have an issue with an AWB print and provide us with your shipment or order number. Our tech team will get the correct AWB from the courier and make it available for you.
3- You only received 1 AWB copy for a shipment with multiple boxes/packages.
In this case, then you probably selected the number of packages as "1" during the shipment creation. No worries, you can fix it easily. Just cancel your existing shipment from the "Cancel Shipment" button. To see more details on how to cancel a shipment, click here.
When you create the new shipment, make sure to select the number of boxes/packages correctly. When you reprint your AWB, you will get the same number of AWB copies as your packages this time. Remember each box you handover to your courier should have an AWB printed and attached to the box.
