Overview

OTO offers five subscription plans designed to fit businesses at every stage - from startups shipping their first orders to large enterprises managing complex logistics operations. Each plan includes a set of core shipping features, with higher tiers unlocking advanced modules for order management, automation, customer notifications, and more.

This guide walks you through each plan's pricing, including features, available modules, and optional add-ons so you can choose the best fit for your business needs.

You can view and manage your plan anytime from OTO Modules in your dashboard sidebar, or visit the Plans page on the OTO website.

Billing Options

OTO offers two billing cycles:

• Monthly billing - Pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

• Yearly billing - Save 25% by committing to an annual plan.

You can switch between billing cycles at any time from the OTO Modules page in your dashboard.

Shipment Volume Tiers - Flexible Pricing

Each paid plan lets you choose a shipment volume tier that adjusts both your monthly price and your extra cost per shipment. Selecting a higher tier gives you more included shipments and a lower per-shipment overage rate, so you can match your plan to your actual shipping volume.

You can change your shipment tier at any time from the OTO Modules page in your dashboard by using the dropdown under each plan.

Best for: Individuals or businesses just getting started who want to explore OTO's core features at no cost.

Enterprise Plan - Custom Pricing

Best for: Large-scale businesses and enterprises that need unlimited capacity, dedicated support, and custom solutions.

Everything in Pro, plus:

• Custom monthly shipment volume

• Unlimited users, unlimited shipping contracts

• Custom COD settlement terms

• Custom Channels (API)

• Technical Account Manager (TAM)

• Slack Connect channel

• Extended support hours & SLAs

• All custom integrations included (no one-time fee)

OTO Modules

Beyond the features included in each plan, OTO organizes capabilities into modules that you can activate or deactivate from the OTO Modules tab in your dashboard. This lets you customize your OTO experience by turning on only the tools you need.

Add-Ons

OTO offers optional add-ons that extend your platform's capabilities. Add-ons are available in two tiers - Basic and Plus - and can be activated from the Add-ons tab in the OTO Modules page.

OTO PACK

OTO PACK is a warehouse management add-on that brings advanced inventory control, picking workflows, and fulfillment operations to your OTO dashboard.

How to Change Your Plan

1. Log in to your OTO dashboard.

2. Click OTO Modules in the left sidebar.

3. Review the available plans and their features at the top of the page.

4. Click Upgrade Now, Downgrade, or Book a Call (for Enterprise) depending on your needs.

5. You can also click Compare Plans to see a detailed side-by-side comparison of all features.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try OTO before committing to a paid plan?

Yes! The Free plan gives you access to core shipping features with no time limit. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.

What happens if I exceed my monthly shipment limit?

If you ship more than your plan's included monthly shipments using your own contracts, additional shipments are charged at the extra cost per shipment rate for your selected tier. The extra cost decreases as you choose higher shipment tiers. For example, the Starter plan's default tier (50 shipments) charges 1.80 SAR per extra shipment, while the 1,000-shipment tier charges only 0.50 SAR. Shipping with OTO rates is always unlimited.

Can I change my shipment volume tier without changing my plan?

Yes! Each paid plan offers multiple shipment volume tiers. You can increase or decrease your tier from the dropdown on the OTO Modules page. A higher tier gives you more included monthly shipments and a lower extra cost per shipment, while adjusting your monthly subscription price accordingly.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the OTO Modules page in your dashboard.

What does 'Ship with OTO Rates' mean?

OTO has negotiated discounted shipping rates with over 15 courier companies. When you ship using these OTO rates, there is no monthly shipment limit - it is unlimited on every plan.

How does COD settlement work?

When you use Cash on Delivery (COD), OTO collects the payment from the courier and transfers it to you. Free and Starter plans receive settlements every 14 days, while Scale and Pro plans receive them every 7 days. Enterprise plans have custom settlement terms.

Can I activate modules that are above my plan level?

Modules are tied to specific plan tiers. To access a module that requires a higher plan, you will need to upgrade your plan first. However, add-ons (OTO FLEX and OTO PACK) can be purchased separately within their minimum plan requirements.
