Using your own fleet with OTO FLEX

OTO allows you to manage your own driver fleet in a seamless way through its OTO Flex application. Thanks to its full integration with the OTO ecosystem, your own driver fleet will be considered as a 3rd party delivery company that you’ll be able to prioritize on top of the remaining delivery companies in an automated way. How to activate OTO Flex on your account

First, you need to activate OTO Flex on your account. You can do it by clicking on the OTO FLEX menu on the left. Click "Configure OTO FLEX", then activate it by clicking on the sliding button.

How to add the drivers to OTO

To add a drive, just click the OTO FLEX tab on the submenu then click "Add" button under the "Main" tab. For a detailed explanation with a video, you can check our article How do I create and assign a driver to my warehouse?

Selecting assignment method

Task assignments to drivers can be automated with OTO. You can select the method you want to use to assign drivers to certain tasks, from the "General Settings" menu. For detailed information, you can read our article Driver assignment method.

Manually assigning an order to a driver

Go to the OTO FLEX menu and click the Unassigned Orders tab. Then select the order and click the "Assign To Driver" button. Choose the driver you want to assign and click the "Save" button.
