Having your own fleet can bring added control and flexibility to your delivery operations. However, in order to keep your fleet effective and efficient, you need to monitor it closely. The benefits of operating your own fleet must regularly be weighed against the constantly changing priorities of your business.
OTO allows you to monitor your fleet easily. You can create different reports or analyze ones automatically created by OTO.
Analysis Tab
Under the Submenu, you can see the "Analysis" tab. After clicking it, click the "OTO Flex" tab on the top menu to reach a detailed analysis of your fleet. You can filter by date to get the report for a specific time interval.
Within the Navbar, you can find the reports icon. If you click it; a dropdown list of all the available reports will appear: You can reach the Driver summary report and Driver Details Report.
Driver summary report
Select the time interval and click the generate button to get the summary of all driver in the defined interval.
Driver details report
You can create a detailed report for a specific driver. All you need to do is selecting the driver and the time interval and clicking generate button.
