What are the advantages of OTO Ecom+?

Multiple Users

With OTO Ecom account, you can have a single user that can do all the work. On the other hand, with an OTO Ecom+ account, you can define multiple users with different user roles such as: admin users, branch users, warehouse users, and call center users.

Multiple Warehouses & Branches

If you have multiple stores or warehouses OTO Ecom+ suits you better. With the OTO Ecom+ account, you can set up multiple warehouses and branches and assign users for them. This way, you can ship from multiple warehouses.

Customer Notifications

OTO Ecom account allows SMS notifications, however you have more options with OTO Ecom +. You can send notifications to your customers on Whatsapp, Email, and SMS.

Automated Carrier Rules

You can define feasibility rules with your OTO Ecom + account. Feasibility rules are used in OTO to define shipment restrictions according to certain criteria to force assigning some couriers or avoid assigning certain couriers. Failed Delivery Management

Failed Delivery management is activated for OTO Ecom+ accounts. You can get failed delivery reports to analyze the reasons for the failures.
