If you have Cash On Delivery orders and you are using the shipping companies offered by OTO, then you will need to fill in your bank information so we can transfer the amounts collected by the shipping companies to your bank account. We will explain the process through this artice.
First, you will need to go to the General Settings as shown in this screenshot:

Scroll down until you reach the Bank Information section

After you fill in this information, scroll down to the bottom and save the changes.
