Credentials refer to the information utilized for user authentication, typically encompassing a username and password. However, the specific details of credentials may vary depending on the authentication provider and can incorporate additional information beyond the basic username and password combination.
In order to activate a delivery company on your OTO account, you need to get your account credentials from the company. Then fill in the credentials on the company setting page.
- Navigate to shipping partners from the sidebar.
- Choose the company you want to integrate with.
- Fill in the required data.
The below screenshot is an example for the integration with Aramex, keeping in mind that the required credentials can be different from one delivery company to another.
