Manually entering box dimensions each time you create a shipment can be frustrating, especially when dealing with bulk shipments or a large number of orders to ship.
To alleviate this issue, we have developed a convenient solution through OTO. We have introduced a setup tab that includes a dedicated "Boxes" page. By navigating to this page, you can easily define the dimensions (height, length, and width) of your boxes and assign them a name. This streamlined process saves you time and effort in managing your shipments efficiently.
Follow the steps below to add a box setup through OTO
1. Navigate to "boxes" from setting in the sidebar.
2. Click "Add box" at the top of the page.
3. Fill in the required fields (box name, length, width, height, etc.)
You can search on whatever box name you want by clicking on the search symbol and then write the name.
On the "Shipments" page when you try to add any new order, you will find the data of the Default Box. You can also press "add new box" and choose from other previously added boxes or create a completely new one.
