Failed to create a shipment? Order is not received? A mysterious error has appeared?
No more ambiguity and cluelessness as you can check the response and when it was received for multiple types of actions from the Logs tab to take action and proceed.
The Logs menu in OTO plays an important role in identifying and solving many possible issues. Logs are the most important element in troubleshooting.
There are 3 tabs on the Logs page:
1. Update Logs: Once an order is updated in your e-commerce platform, the log for that update will be added to this tab of the logs menu.
2. Shipment Error Logs: On this tab, you can check the shipment error as shown in the below screenshots. It shows an invalid consignee telephone so you can check the root cause of your shipment failure.
3. Error Logs: On this page, you can find the error logs related to your orders. For example, if you have to sync your orders manually and they are not reflecting automatically from your e-commerce store in your OTO account, the reason would be an expired refresh token as per the below-given error.
