Now, you can see why the order that put on hold in the Reason config tab.
Various actions need to be documented with a reason for reporting, proper operation management, and improving the service.
This can be configured effortlessly in the Reason Config tab by adding the desired reason in either or both languages, choosing the type that it will show under, and that's it.
Follow the steps below to change the status of an order and add the reasons why you made this change (Let's take "On Hold" reasons as an example)
On-hold reasons are noticed when an order is put on hold in the Shipments tab.
- Select the order you want, click on Order, and click on Put on hold.
- A pop-up will appear, click on On Hold Reason, then click on Add a New Reason.
- Another pop-up will appear to type the reason in English and Arabic.
- After filling in the fields, click on Add, then click on Save in the previous pop-up.
You can apply the same steps when you cancel an order or return a shipment.
Cancel reasons are utilized when an order is canceled from the Shipments tab.
Return reasons are noticed when an order or shipment is marked as returned from any shipping status in the Shipments tab.
