Various actions need to be documented with a reason for reporting, proper operation management, and improving the service.
This can be configured effortlessly in the Reason Config tab by adding the desired reason in either or both languages, choosing the type that it will show under, and that's it.
Cancel reasons are utilized when an order is canceled from the Shipments tab.
Return reasons are noticed when an order is marked as returned from Any shipping status in the Shipments tab.
Undelivered attempt reasons can be selected by the driver when he changes the status for the shipment to undelivered.
Customer return reasons are used by the customer after requesting a return from the shipper
