In order to cancel a shipment and create a new one you need to follow the steps below
Step 1:
Click Shipments on the side menu and click Waiting pickup tab. Then select the shipment you want to cancel and move your cursor over the Shipment and click cancel shipment from the drop down list. Now your shipment is canceled.
Note: Shipments can be canceled only before the shipment is pickup by the courier.

Step 2:
Next step is creating new one with a new delivery company. Click the Pending Orders tab. You can see the order you have canceled in this page. Select the order you canceled. Move your cursor over Shipment tab and select create shipment from the dropdown list. Or you can create your shipment from Compare Rates menu as well.

Step 3:
Choose the delivery company and click "Create Manually " button
