OTO allows you to change the shipping address only before creating the shipment. In case you would like to change the address after you created the shipment, you need to first cancel the shipment and then change the address and recreate the shipment again. Also, remember to change the AWB with the newly created one.
In order to change a shipping address you need to follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click the orders on the side menu and select the order that you want to edit. Move your cursor over the "Main" tab and select "Edit adress" from the dorpdown list.

Step 2:
Type in the correct address. You can edit the customer's name and telephone number here. Change the city if necessary. Click "Save &Close" button.
