In OTO you can simply top up your account from Onboard menu, Charge your account section. If you face any issue while charging your account you can contact us from the support chat or by sending email to support@tryoto.com.
Below we give you a quick view how to charge your account in OTO.
Click onboard menu on the side bar then click the charge your account icon.
2. Select the account you want to charge from the top up window.
OTO credit: Simply is used to ship orders with your own courier accounts. Minimum charge amount is 100 SAR
Shipping Credit: Simply is used for shipping with OTO's rates without any contract with couriers.
3. Select or enter the amount you want to charge and click the check out button on the bottom right.
3. Enter the credit card information and click the pay button
4. Upon successful payment your account will be credited and you will receive a payment confirmation email as well.
