How can I add an order manually?

When OTO is integrated with your e-commerce store, it automatically takes the orders when they are created.  However you may need to create an order manually for a reason. You may be a Instagram seller without an e-commerce platform. 

Do not worry. You do not need an e-commerce platform to push orders automatically to your OTO account. OTO allows you to add orders manually. 

In order to add an order manually follow the steps below:

Step 1

Click on the orders on the submenu, then click the "Add order" button on the top menu, then on "Single Order". The New Order Form will appear. 

Step 2

Fill out the form and click save button.
