OTO allows you to ship with delivery companies that you have contracts with. To create a shipment, follow the steps illustrated below:
From the "Shipments" tab, select the order you want to create a shipment for, noting that you may also create a shipment for multiple orders at the same time
2. After you select the order/orders, hover over the "Shipment" submenu and choose "Create Shipment".
3. Select the shipping company that you have a contract with
4. Create the shipment by simply clicking the “Create Manually” button. You can also automate this step by activating automatic shipment creation from the Warehouse. For more details on this topic, please check the article How to activate automated shipment creation in the warehouse setup.
That’s it, you have successfully created a shipment with your own contracts!
