OTO has added a new feature that enables the clients to return any order from the end customers easily using the delivery companies offered by OTO directly without any contracts.
In order to create a return shipment, you will need to follow the steps below:
First step, go to the Delivered orders tab from Orders submenu on the left side bar, and select Delivered orders from the top:
You can select the order you wish to return from this list, then you will need to click on the Compare Return Rates button, after that, click the Check Price button:
Now you can select the delivery company you wish to return the order with from this list, and then click Create Shipment:
Finally, after the shipment has been created, you will need to print the AWB from your side and send it to your end customer as a PDF, and ask the customer to print it out and attach it to the box.
