General Settings and how to adjust them

General Settings are the basic settings of your account. Here you can edit the details of your account and options you choose while using OTO. You can reach the General Settings form from the settings icon on the top menu.  

What is in General Settings?

  1. Client details 

    Here you can change your basic details such as contact information, company logo, billing address, VAT number etc. 

  2. Print Settings

    Here you can adjust your AWB and invoice printing settings.

  3. OTO FLEX

    Driver Assignment Method: You can select the method you want to use to assign drivers to tasks automatically. For more information click here

    Proof of Pickup and Delivery: You can set the type of proof of pickup and delivery here. For delivery, you have OTP and photo options. You can also make delivery proofs optional or required here with the force delivery proofs option. This will make it impossible for drivers to complete a pickup or delivery without sending proof.

  4. Warehouse and Branch

    Check Stock Level for Warehouse: In case there is a stock integration, this option will look to stock levels of warehouses while assigning the orders.

    Check Stock Level for Branch: In case there is a stock integration, this option will look to stock levels of branches while assigning the orders.

    Close Mark as Pickup in Store: This option will close mark as a pickup feature in the branches dashboard.

    Close Mark as Return in Store: This option will close the mark as returned option in the branches dashboard.

    Default Warehouse: If an order can not be assigned to any branch or warehouse nearby this selected warehouse will be assigned as the default one.

    Default Return Delivery Company: The default delivery company for the customer returns.

  5. Report Settings

    You can set the aging period which is used to create reports by OTO. Just enter the number of days an order must stay undelivered with a delivery company to be considered as aged.

  6. Integration Settings

    Slack Webhook URL: To connect your slack to OTO enter your webhook URL of the slack channel.

    Slack KPI Channel: Slack Channel Code to receive the KPI notifications

  7. AWB Settings

    Using Invoice With AWB

    If the AWB with invoice print option is used, turn this option on to get the print faster

    Hide Items

    This option will hide the item details of the order from AWBs.

  8. Send Address Verification SMS to all cities

    This option will allow you to send address verification SMS's for all cities
